Every volume has a cover, it is paginated and has a table of contents.

Apart from the new articles for publication, the issue will contain the articles, presented at the symposia at the same name as well, if they meet the requirements for the publication.

Protection and identification: the issue is protected reliably with a code. It is identified with a digital signature and ISSN.

Editing: the issue will be edited by an international editorial – scientists, having academic rank.

Publication languages: English.

Copyright and publication right: the authors keep their copyright over the articles, bearing full responsibility for their content. The publisher gains unlimited right to offer and circulate the issue with the published articles. The publisher does not bear responsibility if the authors have harmed a third party.

The participants in the symposia, who have publications in the relevant volume, cannot present articles for publication in the same volume but have right to publish articles in the other volumes of the issue.

Publication fee:

100 EURO /+ the mail expenses for the CD disk/. The sending of a publication fee smaller than the referred one is non-execution of the publication terms. The remitted amount is not to be refunded.

The fee includes:

Publication of an article at least  7 computer pages and within 30 computer pages, formatted as of the requirements below; Sending the issue by mail with a registered letter in a special anti-shock envelope.

Detail of charges: all commissions and charges are to be borne by the bank /on the account of the ordering customer/. In case this requirement is not observed, it is considered that there has not been publication fee payment. The received publication request is considered unreal and the remitted amount is not to be refunded.

Term for receiving an invoice: to receive an invoice it is necessary to tell us the following data: name of the author or the organization that remitted the money; address, financially responsible person, tax number, Stat number, full and exact address we should send you the invoice.

Terms:

Articles proposition term – 2008. The articles are to be sent by e-mail to office@science-jounals.eu . They are to be archived in ZIP or RAR format in advance. If the file is more than 2 MB, the article is to be sent in parts, but with file size not bigger than 2 MB. The space at the end of each part of the article is considered for a beginning of a new line of the next part of the article.

Attention: the fact you have offered us an article, means that you have accepted and you agree with the present terms for publication.

Term for confirmation of the article acceptance for publication – within 10 workdays as of the date of receiving the article.

Fee payment term  –  5 workdays as of the date of sending the article acceptance confirmation.

After remitting the fee to our bank account it is necessary to send us by e-mail information about the remittance date, the remittance bank account number and the name of the organization  that remitted the fee.

On non-observance of the term the accepted article automatically drops out of the publication programme and it is not commented any more. We refund fees only in case the article is not published through the publisher's fault.

Term for receiving a CD disk with the "International Scientific Publication" issue: 30.01.2009 – by mail with a registered letter.
